Responsibilities

• Source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and social media platforms.
• Build relationships with candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources.
• Conduct personal interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions.
• Perform thorough reference checks and negotiate pay rates.
• Interact with clients and attend meetings to understand their staffing needs.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to streamline the onboarding process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of staffing industry recruiting experience.
• Strong attitude, aptitude, and passion for recruiting.
• Proven track record in recruitment and client relationship management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solve effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
