The Sr. Technical Recruiter position at The Judge Group is designed for a mid-senior level professional who is passionate about recruiting top talent in the technical field. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for various positions, particularly in government, aerospace, and defense sectors. You will leverage industry-leading recruiting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and Dice to identify and engage with potential candidates. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with top candidates, establishing a pipeline of qualified resources. You will conduct personal interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings to assess candidates for open positions with our clients. This position emphasizes a relationship-driven approach, ensuring solid feedback and communication with clients. Additionally, you will perform thorough reference checks, negotiate pay rates, and interact with clients during meetings. Responsibilities

  • Leverage experience to source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and social media platforms.
  • Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources.
  • Conduct personal interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions.
  • Perform thorough reference checks on candidates.
  • Negotiate pay rates with candidates.
  • Interact with and attend client meetings to understand their needs.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to streamline the onboarding process, allowing more focus on recruiting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience for government, aerospace, and defense positions.
  • Strong attitude, aptitude, passion, and experience in recruiting.
  • Proven track record in recruiting with competitive and energetic qualities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
