Your expertise in technical writing and understanding of AI technologies will be essential as you work to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation. You will need to quickly familiarize yourself with Versa Networks' products and technologies, ensuring that your documentation reflects the latest developments and features. Strong project management skills will be necessary to manage multiple documentation projects independently while collaborating effectively with various teams across different geographies.

Requirements

• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Ability to quickly come up to speed on Versa Networks products and technologies.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies and their applications in technical writing.
• Experience in establishing documentation strategies across a company, particularly in startup environments.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content generation, editing, and optimization.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with different functional teams across geographies.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the networking or software industry.
• Experience with documentation tools and content management systems.
• Familiarity with SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) concepts and technologies.
