In this role, you will be a vital member of the Technical Guidance team, which operates at the intersection of product development, design, and customer engagement. Thousands of users rely on our content daily to maximize their use of Cribl products and address IT and security issues that are often overlooked. We are looking for someone who can bring their technical expertise, eagerness to learn, and relentless curiosity to help shape the future of our API and SDK documentation, as well as enhance the overall developer experience in a fast-paced product development environment. You will collaborate with various teams, including engineering, product management, design, customer support, marketing, customer success, and sales, to create content that meets the diverse needs of our user base and addresses real customer problems. As an active member of our team, you will take a hands-on approach to plan, develop, and maintain API and developer documentation (SDK) to support our expanding product portfolio. Building strong relationships within the community and across functions will be essential to expanding your knowledge of our products and understanding the real-world challenges our users face.
