We encourage a growth mindset, and you will be expected to stay updated on industry trends in technical writing, applying what you learn to help our team innovate at every level. You will also have the opportunity to learn from your colleagues as you enhance your writing skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer outcomes. We value a positive attitude and a sense of humor, as these traits help foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture.
