About the position

The Sr. Manager of Territory Sales is a strategic leadership role focused on driving sales excellence and growth for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in the Fresno, Bakersfield, Santa Maria, CA areas. This position requires a results-oriented individual with a diverse background in Sales, Commercial, and Marketing, who can effectively manage relationships and influence cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve sales excellence.
  • Drive decision-making for enhancements and process improvements.
  • Leverage consumer insights to develop effective account-specific programs.
  • Build a high-performing team and identify top talent for future leadership roles.
  • Encourage employee engagement and support participation in Employee Resource Groups.
  • Set strategic direction for Business Development and Customer Marketing Teams.
  • Develop customer retention and growth plans for assigned accounts and territories.
  • Collaborate with Territory sales operations leader to execute strategic plans.
  • Identify and drive cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts in sales processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Sales, Commercial, and Marketing.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Experience in Direct-Store-Delivery routes to market or B2C environments.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills at the territory level.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
