Requirements

  • High school diploma with 6 years of experience in a relevant field, or a bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience, or a master's degree.
  • Experience in developing, delivering, and assessing various training formats.
  • Strong facilitation skills and instructional systems design experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects to successful outcomes.
  • Proactive communication skills across shifts.
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage training activities for all levels of personnel.
  • Design and deliver training programs and conduct classes.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest learning and motivation theories.
  • Oversee and evaluate vendors for training programs.
  • Conduct needs assessments and audience analysis to identify performance gaps.
  • Determine learning strategies and design appropriate training programs.
  • Deploy and maintain effective training and performance support programs.
  • Collaborate with operators, supervisors, and managers to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead continuous improvement activities using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Provide coaching on training effectiveness and methodologies.
  • Work with site and corporate training groups to ensure compatibility with systems.
  • Execute work independently and lead projects to deploy effective programs.
  • Partner with functional teams to design and implement learning programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Manage routine data entry and verification for training systems.
