About the position
The Sr UI/UX Designer role focuses on managing design systems and creating user interfaces and experiences. This hybrid position allows for flexibility, with two days required in the office and three days remote work. The designer will be responsible for both the strategic management of design systems and hands-on UX/UI design and prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and usability across products.
- Create user interface designs and prototypes that enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a UI designer, UX designer, or interaction designer.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, UXPin, and AdobeXD.
- A strong portfolio showcasing user experience and visual design work.
- 2+ years of experience working with design systems.
