About the position

The Sr. UI/UX Designer at Promet Source is responsible for applying user experience best practices to web design for complex websites and enterprise software across mobile and desktop platforms. This role involves collaboration with clients, developers, project managers, and other designers in an agency environment, focusing on delivering creative projects while adhering to strategic UX decisions. The position is remote, requiring approximately 20 hours of work per week, with participation in remote meetings.

Responsibilities

• Apply user experience best practices to web design for complex websites and enterprise software.
• Collaborate with clients, developers, project managers, and other designers.
• Deliver projects within scheduled deadlines and push creatively.
• Create wireframes, site maps, flow diagrams, and usability testing documentation.
• Ensure designs meet WCAG web accessibility guidelines.
• Estimate project effort and produce within stated budget.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web design and UI/UX.
• Proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio demonstrating user experience best practices.
• Outstanding layout design, composition, and color theory skills.
• Experience with wireframes, site maps, flow diagrams, and usability testing.
• Understanding of modern web technologies including Drupal, CSS, and HTML.
• Knowledge of WCAG web accessibility guidelines.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with HTML is a plus.
• Stakeholder workshop experience is a big plus.
