About the position

The Senior Content Designer at Dexcom Corporation will play a crucial role in driving consistency across all digital product platforms and print deliverables produced by the Global Product Design (GPD) team. This position focuses on creating user experience (UX) content solutions that enhance the usability and quality of Dexcom's innovative Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) system and its expansion into the glucose wellness space. The role involves collaboration with designers, stakeholders, and partners to ensure that content strategy is integrated into the design process, always keeping the user experience at the forefront.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, stakeholders, and partners to write UX content solutions.
• Socialize ideas and solutions with stakeholders and design partners to gain alignment.
• Communicate with stakeholders, provide and receive constructive feedback, and establish collaborative relationships.
• Integrate content strategy into the design process with a user-centered approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 - 8 years of related experience in content design and UX writing.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and tracking progress.
• Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Jira.
• Experience writing for mobile apps, user guides, and online content.
