About the position

The Sr. UX Designer for FinAuto at Amazon is responsible for creating innovative user experiences for finance operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centric solutions that simplify and optimize finance shared services. The position requires a strong focus on customer feedback and data-driven design processes, ensuring that the tools developed meet the needs of internal finance users.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of delightful customer experiences for multiple products.
• Define, contribute, and maintain user-centric design processes that include market analysis, customer feedback, user interviews, usability testing, and UX metrics analysis.
• Provide UX research and design artifacts, including user personas, user journey maps, IA diagrams, flow diagrams, low-fi wireframes, hi-fi mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Partner with the product teams to represent customer needs in the requirements development process.
• Present and defend design work to product owners, development teams, product teams, executives, and other product stakeholders for review and feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience
• Have an available online portfolio
• Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax

Nice-to-haves

• Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes
• Experience with UX design of complex workflows
