About The Position
The Senior UX Designer solves complex problem with elegant, accessible solutions. They manage sprints and releases for Allied's digital design system Affinity, while maintaining a high focus on accessibility. The Sr. UX Designer works closely with research and engineering supporting the alignment from initial findings through the build of the application. Senior designers' mentor and educate other designers while working autonomously and pushing the boundaries for speed and quality for design outputs.
