About the position

The Sr UX Generalist will lead a project from start to finish within the oil and gas client's Downstream team. This role focuses on understanding user needs, conducting research, and designing innovative solutions for the client's fuels, lubes, and chemicals portfolios. The position is temporary and requires a strong background in UX design and research.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of user personas and journey maps.
• Provide support and guidance to other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
• Experience in UX design and research.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
