As a Senior UX Product Designer at Robert Half, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user-friendly applications for both customers and employees. This position is part of a transformative initiative within our UX and Digital Customer Experience team, where we are moving towards a product-focused and portfolio-based structure. You will collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team, utilizing your expertise in UX research, design, content creation, and information architecture to influence product and design choices from the early stages through to development. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of UX tasks, including conceptualizing, prototyping, presenting, and delivering various UX assets such as personas, user flows, research plans, test scripts, and both low and high-fidelity mockups.
