About the position
As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products through comprehensive research initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to design and conduct user research that yields actionable insights, which will inform product development and enhance user satisfaction. You will employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather data, ensuring that our product teams are equipped to make user-centric, data-driven decisions. Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify pertinent research questions and hypotheses. Your ability to effectively communicate research findings will be crucial in advocating for the importance of UX research within the company. You will help teams understand when and how to best utilize research insights, fostering a culture of user-centered design. In addition to conducting research, you will mentor junior UX researchers, guiding them in their professional development. You will also be responsible for developing sustainable and accurate data analysis practices, maintaining the integrity of insights data, and providing strategic guidance on future application development work. Your expertise will extend to creating and maintaining ETL and reporting processes using a range of data tools, ensuring that our data solutions are both scalable and reliable. You will implement proven statistical strategies to guarantee data accuracy and integrity, working with various internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you perform root cause analysis to uphold data integrity and quality assurance. Additionally, you will support the operation and expansion of our reporting environment, monitoring the performance and reliability of ETL processes and Machine Learning outputs. In this fast-paced environment, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, blending new and existing data architectures to deliver highly accurate and scalable data models.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- M.S. degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of SQL and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Background with ETL/Data Orchestration Tools.
- Experience with Columnar, MPP Analytical Cloud-based Data Warehouses (Snowflake).
- Comprehension of Python scripts and their capabilities.
- Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Data Warehouse Design using Kimball Methodologies.
- Experience with Snowflake DBMS & Administration.
- Proficiency in Python Development.
- Ability to gather and sift through business requirements to deliver actionable data solutions.
