About the position

As a Senior Vehicle Integration Engineer at Lucid, you will play a pivotal role in the development and integration of our luxury electric vehicles. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all vehicle systems work harmoniously together to deliver an exceptional driving experience. This includes collaborating with various engineering teams to define and implement vehicle requirements, conducting system-level testing, and troubleshooting any integration issues that arise during the development process. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of vehicle performance, safety, and reliability are met. In this role, you will also be tasked with developing and maintaining integration plans, schedules, and documentation. You will utilize your expertise to analyze data from vehicle tests and simulations, providing insights that will drive design improvements and enhance overall vehicle performance. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial as you present findings and recommendations to senior management and other departments. Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of vehicle systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define vehicle requirements and specifications.

  • Develop and maintain integration plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Analyze data from vehicle tests and simulations to drive design improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in vehicle integration or related engineering roles.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle systems and integration processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with electric vehicle technology and systems.
