About the position

The Sr. Vendor Management Analyst at F&G will serve as a subject matter expert for the Vendor Management team, focusing on vendor onboarding, performance management, and governance activities. This role involves collaboration with various departments to enhance vendor management processes and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations. The analyst will also be responsible for data management, reporting, and training users on best practices in vendor management.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Vendor Management, supporting vendor onboarding and performance management.
  • Provide advice and guidance to departments on collaborating with Vendor Management.
  • Assist with process improvement and updates to Vendor Management processes.
  • Manage the new vendor onboarding process in collaboration with IT Security and Cybersecurity teams.
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end data in the Vendor Management system and reporting tools.
  • Assist in developing a vendor segmentation model for performance management best practices.
  • Perform periodic reviews on existing vendors to identify and escalate issues.
  • Drive data quality and proactively identify issues and solutions.
  • Support training and coaching for users on vendor management best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Vendor Management configuration and structure.
  • Monitor outstanding tasks to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of vendor SLA/KPI capture, analysis, and reporting.
  • Assist in communication with vendor relationship managers.
  • Compile vendor scorecards and synthesize vendor feedback for reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience with vendor management functions and processes.
  • Prior experience in reviewing and editing vendor contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs.
  • Familiarity with the overall vendor lifecycle and vendor management best practices.
  • Experience with implementing and learning new software platforms preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Coupa preferred.
