This position is responsible for overseeing the video production process for all brand-related projects, ensuring that the final products align with the company's standards and effectively communicate the intended messages. The role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and project management abilities to deliver high-quality video content that resonates with the target audience. In this position, the Sr. Video Producer will conceptualize, produce, and edit videos, collaborating with both internal clients and external vendors. This includes not only the technical aspects of video production and editing but also the creative elements such as graphics and animation. The producer will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that the content is accurate and engaging. A key responsibility is to maintain a high-quality standard for all deliverables, ensuring that they reflect the appropriate production values, voice, and tone of the Molina brand. The role also involves preparing files for broadcasting and electronic distribution, assisting with storytelling through various visual and narrative techniques, and determining the format and style of video content based on project requirements. The Sr. Video Producer will collaborate with editorial, social, and marketing teams to ensure that project goals are met on time and within budget. Staying updated on trends in video content and technology is essential, as is the ability to suggest innovative approaches that align with Molina Healthcare's objectives. Additionally, the producer will work with outside agencies to uphold brand standards, review creative materials, and design templates for vendors. Effective project management is critical, as the producer will utilize marketing project management tools to organize and communicate on all projects, ensuring that all completed design files and materials are archived appropriately. The role supports and collaborates with Marketing and Sales teams to create modern and dynamic designs that enhance brand guidelines while driving member acquisition and retention. Other duties or special projects may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, produce, and edit videos from internal clients and external vendors.
  • Establish and maintain a high-quality bar for final deliverables.
  • Prepare files for broadcasting and electronic distribution.
  • Assist with storytelling, including composition, framing, timing, and motion design principles.
  • Determine format, style, and length of video content for each project.
  • Work with editorial, social, and marketing teams to achieve project goals on time and within budget.
  • Track trends in video content and suggest implementation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to Molina brand guidelines for all videos.
  • Collaborate with outside agencies to uphold brand standards and review creative materials.
  • Manage project workload using marketing project management tools.
  • Support Marketing and Sales in creating dynamic designs that uphold brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in video production and editing.
