About the position

The Senior Visual Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the brand identity of Genesis10, focusing on photography and marketing. This position requires a strategic consultant who can address complex business and technical challenges through innovative experience design solutions. The designer will engage with senior leadership and client personnel to deliver long-term, large-scale design initiatives that require creativity, vision, and advanced analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for complex business and technical needs across experience design.
  • Consult on the strategy and resolution of unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas.
  • Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions that require vision, creativity, and innovation.
  • Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative experience design business solutions.
  • Strategically engage with client personnel.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.
  • Strong experience in photography and marketing.
