About the position

The Sr. Visual Designer at Genesys is a key member of the Brand Creative team, responsible for developing impactful visuals that enhance the Genesys brand. This role involves collaboration with Product and Strategy teams to create bespoke designs and contribute to the development of brand and design libraries. The designer will ensure consistency across all platforms and materials, supporting the overall Brand and Creative Design teams.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and effective designs, visuals, and templates that elevate the Genesys brand.
• Act as a liaison with other graphic designers, supporting their understanding and implementation of brand guidelines.
• Support the brand library and template building in key tools in the design tech stack: Figma, Adobe CC programs, and Bynder.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Bring creative concepts to life across various mediums, including motion graphics and static design.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in key design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud programs.
• Proven ability to lead strategic design projects from concept to execution, with a precise eye for detail.
• Ability to visualize complex technical content and transform it into visually compelling marketing materials.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• A portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and world-class activations.
