About the position

The Sr. Visual Designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging designs for various print materials, ensuring brand consistency and delivering high-quality products. This role is a contract-to-hire position, allowing for potential full-time employment after the contract period.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing designs for print materials such as brochures, flyers, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with the brand guidelines.
• Create compelling layouts by utilizing typography, imagery, color schemes, and other design elements.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends and competitors' designs to stay up-to-date with the latest design techniques.
• Work closely with printers and vendors to ensure accurate production of printed materials.
• Provide guidance to junior designers in executing design projects effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Designer or similar role in print design/print production.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your skills in designing impactful print materials.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition principles.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
