Responsibilities

• Utilize expertise in visual design, including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, and imagery, to craft engaging digital brand experiences.
• Collaborate with the team to develop exceptional user experiences through brainstorming, concept creation, and client work sessions.
• Design products and adapt brand guidelines to create scalable, accessible design systems.
• Effectively manage time and communicate proactively with project team members.
• Maintain a flexible, additive, and humble presence on the team, fostering relationships and sharing knowledge freely.

Requirements

• 3+ years of visual design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing relevant work in web and mobile design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate design concepts effectively to non-design stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Adobe After Effects or similar motion graphics programs.
