About the position

We are seeking a highly talented Senior Visual Designer with expertise in brand identity, photography, and marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent storytelling ability through visuals, and a strategic understanding of brand building. You will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling visual assets that align with our brand's identity, enhance its aesthetic, and strengthen our market presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts that reinforce our brand identity across all visual assets, from digital to print.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure visual assets support broader marketing goals and resonate with our target audience.
• Lead the design and layout of branding elements, including logos, color schemes, typography, and brand guidelines.
• Capture high-quality, brand-aligned photography and edit images for use in marketing materials, social media, website, and more.
• Translate marketing and brand strategy into powerful visual communication, from concept to execution.
• Stay current with industry trends in design, branding, and photography to ensure our visuals remain relevant and engaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in visual design with a focus on brand identity, preferably in a marketing or advertising context.
• Expertise in photography, including experience with image capture, editing, and styling for marketing purposes.
• Strong proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
• Proven experience creating visuals that drive engagement and communicate brand messages effectively.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work and photography.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
