About the position
The Sr. Workday Reporting Analyst position at SS&C Technologies involves leading complex projects related to Workday HCM Reporting & Analytics. The role requires a self-starter who can create, design, and maintain custom reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality and providing expertise for HR issue resolution. The position is hybrid, allowing for flexibility in work location, and emphasizes the importance of effective communication and collaboration with HR teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects or tasks that require a high degree of judgement, resourcefulness, and self-initiative.
- Create, design, and maintain custom reports (e.g. matrix, composite, trending) and dashboards as requested by functional users.
- Map data, create and use EIBs to load data into Workday, and lead in data validation to ensure data quality.
- Work on special projects (e.g. reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, system conversions or divestitures).
- Provide Level 3 expertise for HR issue resolution in Service Now.
- Design and facilitate HR training for new functionality, new releases, etc.
- Work in partnership with HR to listen for requirements, coach to success, and drive to execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of related human resources experience.
- 5 years' experience in Workday reporting.
- Workday Pro certification for Reporting is ideal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with HR systems and processes.
- Knowledge of data validation techniques.
