About the position

The Sr. Worldwide Specialist role within the Gen AI Next Generation Developer Experience (NGDE) organization at AWS focuses on leading the development and adoption of innovative services that leverage foundation models for application building. This position involves creating and executing strategies for scaling these services through partnerships with System Integrators (SIs) and Global System Integrators (GSIs), while collaborating with internal AWS product teams to shape product offerings and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and adoption of Gen AI Next Generation Developer Experience services.
• Create, own, and execute a strategy for scaling services through partners globally.
• Engage with partners to help them build innovative solutions and programs.
• Work with AWS product teams to influence product development and processes.
• Manage partner scaling initiatives and align with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• 5+ years of experience in creating, owning, and executing partner programs at scale.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, DevOps, Operations, and full stack development.
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies and development tools.
