About the position

The Sr. Worldwide Specialist in the Gen AI Next Generation Developer Experience (NGDE) organization at Amazon is responsible for leading the development and adoption of innovative services that enable AWS customers to leverage foundation models for application development. This role involves creating and executing strategies for scaling through partnerships globally, while collaborating with AWS product teams to shape product offerings and processes. The position emphasizes a balance between partner engagement and internal collaboration to drive significant business transformations through technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effort in driving the development and adoption of Gen AI Next Generation Developer Experience services.
• Create, own, and execute a strategy for scaling through partners (SI/GSIs) globally.
• Engage with partners to help them build innovative solutions and programs.
• Work with AWS product teams to shape product offerings and processes.
• Create and manage partner scaling initiatives and motions, aligning with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• 5+ years of creating, owning, and executing partner programs and initiatives at scale across GSI/SIs.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, DevOps, Operations, and full stack development.
• Working knowledge of and experience with cloud technologies and development tools/technologies.
