About the position

  • Facilitate communication between landlords and tenants regarding tenancy requests and housing assistance payment contracts.
  • Conduct family meetings and prepare necessary letters and reports.
  • Collect data and attend in-person, telephone, and virtual meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Housing, Public Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Two years of direct experience in housing assistance and community development programs, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proficiency in housing program software and the ability to interpret state and local regulations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the implementation of Federal or State Housing programs.
