About the position

Responsibilities

• Administer the State Rental Assistance Program (SRAP) for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Perform case management functions including calculating household income and rent allowances.
• Coordinate with tenants regarding moves and maintain complete case records.
• Facilitate communication between landlords and tenants regarding tenancy requests and housing assistance payment contracts.
• Conduct family meetings and prepare necessary letters and reports.
• Collect data and attend in-person, telephone, and virtual meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Housing, Public Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Two years of direct experience in housing assistance and community development programs, or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficiency in housing program software and the ability to interpret state and local regulations.
