About the position

The SRE Architect at Infosys will be deeply involved in business process consulting, defining problems, proposing solutions, and guiding teams on project processes and deliverables. This role includes contributing to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building, with a focus on creating value-adding consulting solutions to meet clients' evolving needs in a global landscape.

Responsibilities

• Define problems and propose solutions in business process consulting.
• Guide teams on project processes and deliverables.
• Contribute to proposal development and client training.
• Help detail project scope and internal capability building.
• Design and implement end-to-end monitoring solutions, including SLOs and SLIs for customer journeys.
• Implement DevSecOps solutions and consulting.
• Design and implement solutions using cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Conduct as-is state analyses and create implementation roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• At least 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering and DevSecOps implementation.
• Experience in app architecture, infrastructure architecture, and database architecture.
• Experience with scripting languages and automation tools.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in implementing SRE practices for complex systems involving COTS products (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Adobe products).
• Platform development experience.
