About the position

The SRE Architect role involves designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines using the ELK Stack. The position requires a skilled professional to oversee the implementation of ELK systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The architect will also be responsible for optimizing Elasticsearch queries and managing self-hosted ElasticSearch clusters, implementing DevOps practices, and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ELK Stack and EDM ELK Dev & Arch systems.
• Provide technical expertise in ELK, ELK Stack, and EDM ELK Dev & Arch to optimize geospatial data systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial data into various applications.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all geospatial projects.
• Develop and implement best practices for geospatial data management.
• Monitor and analyze geospatial data to identify trends and insights.
• Create and maintain documentation for geospatial data systems and processes.
• Train and mentor team members on geospatial data management and ELK Stack technologies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their geospatial data needs and provide solutions.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for geospatial data.
• Continuously improve geospatial data systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Possess a strong background in ELK, ELK Stack, and EDM ELK Dev & Arch with at least 10 years of experience.
• Demonstrate excellent project management skills.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Show proficiency in data accuracy and integrity management.
• Have the ability to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts.
• Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Have experience in Billing & Revenue Management is a plus.
• Previous Verizon experience.
