About the position

The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for providing 24x7 on-call support, setting up monitoring dashboards, and collaborating with the DevOps team on launch readiness and post-launch activities. This role involves working on limited market releases and full market releases outside the US, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 on-call support for production systems.
• Set up and maintain monitoring dashboards.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team on launch readiness and post-launch activities.
• Support limited market releases and full market releases outside the US.
• Troubleshoot production issues and manage incidents effectively.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and Azure Cloud Resources.
• 7-10 years of cloud migration experience, preferably from on-prem to cloud.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies including compute, networking, and storage.
• Experience in debugging applications, operating systems, and databases.
• At least 2 years of recent on-call support experience for production troubleshooting and incident management.
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
• Scripting skills for DevOps team automation.
• Performance tuning skills for Java applications and databases.
• Configuration management skills to implement technology stacks.
