About the position

The SRE Engineer position at Net2Source involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. The engineer will implement monitoring solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the organization.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Utilize technical expertise in Python3 to guide and support development teams.
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Grafana to ensure system reliability.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project teams.
• Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to ensure success.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in Python3 and experience with Grafana.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
