About the position

The Management Trainee (MIT) Program at SRS Distribution is designed to fast-track individuals into leadership roles within the building and landscape distribution industry. This hands-on program spans 9-12 months and provides comprehensive training across various business facets, including warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and human resources. Trainees will gain the skills necessary to advance to positions such as Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or Operations Manager, while receiving mentorship and support from the Talent Management team.

• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of related work experience is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to relocate for training and promotions.
