About the position
As a Site Services & Operations Coordinator at Capital Group, you will enhance the workplace experience by delivering high-quality services to both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, utilizing critical thinking and teamwork to implement innovative solutions and ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide innovative and high-quality services to internal and external customers.
- Manage service vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and overseeing budgets.
- Handle associate and guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with multiple business units to ensure effective communication and delivery of services.
- Utilize project management skills to coordinate operations and space planning.
- Maintain quality control over services provided and manage related invoices.
Requirements
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills with diverse groups.
- Experience in hospitality and guest services, including customer service and facilities management.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-haves
