Responsibilities

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Three years of SSD claim handling experience (highly preferred)
• Computer proficiency
• Attention to detail
• Customer service skills
• Ability to handle a wide variety of personalities with professionalism

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Abacus database and Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
• Experience ordering, reviewing, and uploading medical records
• Familiarity with medical and legal terminology
• A two-year degree and at least three years of experience in handling Social Security Disability claims highly preferred
