Drive Order Management and Design handling operational performance within an assigned portfolio of customers and work on a continuous improvement approach towards process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for customers and market companies for parts orders and enquiries.
• Execute the end-to-end process for parts orders, quotations, return logistics and invoicing, including tasks in SAP and other internal systems.
• Execute pro-active follow-up of remaining orders.
• Execute external purchasing, follow-up with suppliers.
• Participate in defining and deploying Visual Management including the right metrics for Parts Administration.
• Participate in driving Tetra Pak's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Engage in the share, learn and implementation of best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement activities.
• Conform with Tetra Pak global standards and processes, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in related fields.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Previous customer support experience desired.
• Strong problem solving and customer orientation skills, highly motivated, team player, analytic, with attention to detail and organized.
• Service minded, result oriented and can easily and on a detailed level understand work instructions, work processes and administrative tools.
• Ability to work independently and together with others towards set goals.
• 3-5 Years of Relevant Industry Experience.
