About The Position
The Student Employment Coordinator oversees the logistics and development of Community Work and Learning's three student employment programs - America Reads, Assistantship Mentoring Program (AMP) and Community Leaders. Each of these programs supports St. Catherine University's students and our surrounding community in different ways such as tutoring, research with faculty, and direct work with community partners. Students are paid through our office and supported in professional development and reflection. A strong focus this year will be on community partner relationship development and evaluating our recently implemented recruitment procedures.
