About the position

The Office Manager at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to the St. Jerome Emiliani Foster Care Program, which serves immigrant and refugee youth. This position is responsible for ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency through the coordination of office administration, communication protocols, and financial oversight. The Office Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to streamline processes and maintain confidentiality while supporting the program's mission of guiding youth toward self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the St. Jerome Emiliani Foster Care Program.
  • Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures.
  • Develop intra-office communication protocols.
  • Streamline administrative procedures and ensure timely completion of reports.
  • Oversee program budget and manage supply purchases.
  • Track employee training and documentation submissions.
  • Assist with medical insurance applications and renewals for youth.
  • Maintain confidentiality of program and agency information.
  • Assist with client file management and other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Two years of experience in office management.
  • One year of experience overseeing a departmental budget.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
