About the position

The Stadium Operations Coordinator assists the Stadium Operations Department in managing event preparations, game day services, stadium scheduling, and executing departmental initiatives and special projects. This role involves collaboration with internal groups for the design and execution of special events and functions, ensuring operational readiness and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Liaison between functions/events, soccer, football, and business development to ensure operational readiness.
  • Partner with contracted service providers to ensure staffing levels are achieved and all personnel provide best in class services.
  • Ensure functions and event day setups are deployed properly and as requested, reporting any issues that require follow up.
  • Perform routine tours of the facility to identify, document, and correct safety hazards, facility damage, cleanliness issues, and operational deficiencies.
  • Work all major ticketed events as needed to assist with event preparation, coordination, and execution.
  • Handle special projects and assignments as business dictates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 to 2 years of general event operations knowledge and experience
  • Collaborative team member with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish a positive rapport with all levels of management, employees, contractors, and the public
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • General understanding of policies, practices, and techniques used in event management
  • Customer-service oriented with a fan-friendly attitude
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
