About the position

Responsibilities

• Revenue recognition
• Create and distribute invoices to customers timely
• Assist with Accounts Receivable - collections and billing
• Process journal entries
• Maintain account reconciliations
• Assist with Month End and Year End closing procedures
• Complete accounting in ERP System

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of accounting experience - journal entries, AR, reconciliations
• Experience with accounting software
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with MS Excel is a must
