Responsibilities
- Handle and manage various financial reconciliations effectively.
- Ensure accurate recording and management of monthly journal entries.
- Provide assistance with Accounts Payable operations as required.
- Leverage experience in Fixed Asset management to support the finance team.
- Multitask across different financial operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Actively participate in the Month-End Close process.
- Maintain and manage General Ledger entries.
- Assist in managing Accounts Receivable operations as required.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge.
Requirements
- Possess proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)
- Skilled in Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Experience with Bank Reconciliations is essential
- Familiarity with General Ledger management
- Ability to handle and process Journal Entries
- Proficient in Month End Close procedures
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary.
