- Maintain the General Ledger with accuracy.
- Prepare and post Journal Entries as needed.
- Carry out the Month End Close tasks timely.
- Utilize software like NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP proficiently in performing tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management
- Proficiency in performing Bank Reconciliations
- Solid understanding of General Ledger maintenance
- Experience in recording and managing Journal Entries
- Demonstrated ability in handling Month End Close procedures
- Familiarity with NetSuite software for accounting purposes
- Proficiency in Oracle financial software
- Experience in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks
- Knowledge of SAP financial software
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
