Responsibilities

• Contribute towards the completion of monthly consolidated financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system, focusing on asset and liability accounts.
• Perform monthly cash, petty cash, and balance sheet reconciliations, emphasizing standardization of reconciliation presentation and prompt resolution of discrepancies.
• Participate in all activities related to the monthly close process, including accurate and timely preparation of journal entries supported by well-documented schedules or reconciliations.
• Support the Accounting Manager and Corporate Controller through timely review of accounting transactions and significant variances to ensure proper accounting treatment was applied.
• Prepare supporting schedules for annual financial statements and external audit.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2 years of experience in account reconciliations.
• 2 years of experience using MS Excel.

Nice-to-haves

• 2 years of experience with NetSuite.
