About the position

The Agile Transformation Facilitator Lead at Northrop Grumman is responsible for implementing agile project management strategies across the organization. This role involves training teams on Agile principles, monitoring progress, and setting up metrics to provide feedback to agile teams. The position is crucial for fostering a culture of agility and innovation within the company, particularly in the context of semiconductor product development.

Responsibilities

• Implement a strategy for the adoption of agile project management across the organization.
• Train teams on Agile principles and ceremonies.
• Continuously monitor progress towards agile framework goals.
• Set up metrics to provide feedback and insights to agile teams.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of relevant experience (10 years with a Master's, 7 years with a PhD).
• Ability to formulate, communicate, and execute complex project plans and initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proven skills/experience with change management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Advanced knowledge of Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Advanced experience and knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
• One of the following certifications: Product Owner, Agile Practitioner, Agile Coach.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a DoD TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
