About the position

Qorvo's fast-growing Power Management division is seeking an experienced Analog Power Design Engineer to contribute to the development of next-generation power management solutions. This role involves creating world-class designs for a variety of applications, including mobile devices, consumer electronics, IoT, and industrial systems. The engineer will collaborate closely with internal system engineers to architect and define new products, ensuring that the designs meet the highest standards of performance, yield, and testability. The engineer will be responsible for the design and simulation of analog power management ICs according to defined product functionalities and specifications. This includes selecting the optimal topology and composition of designs to achieve the best possible outcomes. The role also requires collaboration with layout engineers to floorplan, optimize, and interconnect layouts effectively. Additionally, the engineer will work with test and characterization engineers to develop comprehensive characterization and production test strategies, as well as troubleshoot any analog or digital design issues that may arise. Participation in design reviews is essential, where the engineer will present expected and/or actual results to stakeholders. This position is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in power management IC design and are looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and innovative environment. Candidates with a proven track record of successful production releases of power management ICs will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal system engineers to architect and define new products for world-class analog power management ICs
