About The Position
The Staff Attorney will support the National Agricultural Law Center by conducting research and writing on agricultural finance and credit issues affecting the agricultural and food sectors. This role requires strong legal research and writing skills, with a focus on relevant legal frameworks such as the Uniform Commercial Code and agricultural liens. The position is in-person and contingent upon funding and performance, reporting to Senior Staff Attorneys and overseeing research fellows as needed.
