Serving primarily federal clients, our team is executing contracts and projects nationwide for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Veterans Affairs, General Services Administration, and Department of Energy. The Staff Augmentation Program Manager serves as the lead for staff augmentation support contracts, provides administrative and contract support, prepares contract budgets, leads recruitment efforts, and helps with company outreach events. This position involves direct client and partner relationships; high quality project management, including financial management and contract compliance; and provision of technical assistance to select projects. The Program Manager works collaboratively with partners, colleagues, client teams, and consultants, requiring an understanding and familiarity with overall project execution, including budgeting and financial management, contractual compliance, personnel management, and corporate finance.
