About the position

The Staff Brand and Marketing Designer at Intuit Mailchimp is a senior role within the creative team, Wink, which focuses on evolving brand design while maintaining a strong creative spirit. The designer will lead projects, inspire design teams, and push the boundaries of design to create impactful branding solutions that resonate with customers and drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary design teams to build systemic branding.
• Lead small to medium sized projects and work-streams on large projects.
• Deliver work that pushes our brand to be more creatively proactive.
• Encourage debate around the work and connect solutions to strategy.
• Give constructive direction and guidance to the designers working with you.
• Challenge yourself and others to get the best out of each other.
• Report to the Design Director and work seamlessly with producers and accounts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing original and inventive design work.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship in design.
• Ability to create systematic solutions and frameworks for projects.
• Strong strategic thinking skills to engage with brand strategy and translate it into creative solutions.
• Ability to make confident design decisions and persuade stakeholders effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize workload and manage projects efficiently.
