About the position

The Staff Business Operations Manager - Partnerships at Intuit is a leadership role within the Expert Network Partnerships team, focusing on customer success and strategic initiatives for TurboTax Product Support. This position is pivotal in managing multi-million dollar partnerships and driving impactful outcomes through collaboration and innovation. The role requires a bold and creative leader who can adapt to changing business priorities while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple partner relationships and drive improvements in overall partner performance, consistency, and rigor.
  • Partner effectively with leaders at all levels of external organizations to define goals and drive win-win solutions.
  • Act as an escalation point and voice of the partner to remove roadblocks hindering their ability to deliver for customers.
  • Identify and lead large-scale strategic initiatives and process improvements to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners on the design, implementation, and delivery of strategic programs.
  • Display extreme ownership of all aspects of execution, ensuring programs are set up for success end to end.
  • Establish and run effective meetings, problem-solving creatively through any obstacles that arise.
  • Synthesize and leverage data to continuously measure success and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Champion change and support others in adopting novel solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Customer Success Leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA or focus in Business/Program Management is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt style to a wide range of stakeholders and changing business priorities.
  • Outstanding business acumen with a customer obsession.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills to assess performance and implement solutions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer needs and ability to integrate insights into offerings.
  • Proven decision-making process balancing principles and data with judgment.
  • Experience as a self-starter who can assess business requirements independently.
  • Team player willing to adapt and take on multiple roles.

  • Experience with contact center technology & platforms.
  • Experience in BPO, Partner Management & Sourcing.
  • Managing teams and/or developing people.
  • Prior experience working on Intuit initiatives.
