About the position

The Staff Business Operations Manager will lead the Expert Supply, Partnerships, and Advocacy team within Intuit Customer Success. This role focuses on delivering impactful outcomes through strategic partnerships and enhancing customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be a bold problem solver with a strong business acumen and a commitment to continuous improvement, leading a high-performing team to achieve the company's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high performing, highly engaged team to deliver delightful customer experiences and business outcomes.
  • Partner with segment leaders across customer success teams to execute on the multi-year outsourcing strategy.
  • Manage multiple partner delivery relationships and drive improvements in partner performance.
  • Identify and lead large scale strategic initiatives and process improvements.
  • Advocate for partner needs and drive internal process changes with functional teams.
  • Develop and execute a partner and footprint strategy for Intuit Customer Success.
  • Create and conduct supplier assessments and development plans, including evaluation processes and business reviews.
  • Drive ongoing assessment of partner performance and global expansion based on strategy and roadmap.
  • Act as an escalation point to remove roadblocks hindering partner delivery.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in delivery and working with outsourcers.
  • Outstanding business acumen with a customer obsession.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to integrate insights into offerings.
  • Proven decision-making process balancing principles, data, and judgment.
  • Experience as a self-starter who can assess business requirements independently.
  • Ability to communicate openly and frequently at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement and implementing creative ideas.
  • Ability to articulate a clear case for change and gain shared vision with employees.
