About the position

The Staff Business System Analyst for Maximo Asset Management at Dexcom Corporation plays a pivotal role in the organization’s journey towards achieving a Smart factory through digital transformation. This position is designed for a highly skilled candidate who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and is adept at creating innovative solutions. The successful candidate will engage with various departments, including engineering, operations, quality, and IT, to establish new workflows and manage process improvement projects. The role requires a deep understanding of complex manufacturing processes and the ability to analyze and improve production systems to achieve world-class manufacturing standards. As the business lead and system owner for the Maximo Asset Management system, you will be responsible for designing best-in-class, smart, scalable, and sustainable solutions that drive efficiency, quality, delivery, and cost improvements. This includes setting up system integrations between Maximo, OpCenter, Oracle EBS, and other systems to create an integrated digital roadmap. You will also be involved in system upgrades, validation, and project management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. The position emphasizes the importance of modernization in asset management, aiming to achieve a predictive maintenance model. You will lead the governance model and steering committee for global site alignment on Maximo asset management applications, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of asset management practices. Your hands-on experience with Maximo or other asset management systems in a life sciences environment will be crucial in developing a best-in-class asset management system that supports predictive manufacturing based on integration models. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the business lead and system owner for the Maximo Asset Management system.
  • Engage with engineering, operations, quality, and IT departments to establish new workflows and manage process improvement projects.
  • Design smart, scalable, and sustainable solutions to drive efficiency, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
  • Set up system integrations between Maximo, OpCenter, Oracle EBS, and other systems to drive an integrated digital roadmap.
  • Participate in system upgrades, validation, and project management with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the modernization of asset management to achieve a predictive maintenance model.
  • Establish and lead the governance model and steering committee for global sites alignment on Maximo asset management applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 8-12 years of related experience in business systems analysis or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Maximo or other asset management systems in a life sciences environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing and quality processes.
  • Project management experience.
  • System integration experience.
