About the position

The position is for a business lead and system owner for the Maximo Asset Management system at Dexcom Corporation. The role involves engaging with various departments to establish workflows and manage process improvement projects, focusing on creating scalable and sustainable solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, delivery, and cost. The candidate will also be responsible for system integrations, upgrades, validation, and project management, aiming to modernize asset management and implement predictive maintenance models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business lead and system owner for the Maximo Asset Management system.
• Engage with engineering, operations, quality, and IT departments to establish new workflows.
• Manage process improvement projects to drive efficiency, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
• Design best-in-class smart, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
• Set up system integrations between Maximo, OpCenter, Oracle EBS, and other systems.
• Lead system upgrades, validation, and project management with cross-functional teams.
• Establish a governance model and steering committee for global sites alignment on Maximo applications.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Maximo or other asset management system deployment in a life science environment.
• Experience in manufacturing and quality processes.
• Project management experience.
• System integration experience.
